One of the most popular words in the business world today is innovation.
We often view it as a supernatural force that solves most of our strategic and management issues, but it really begins with the organisation identifying its problem or deficiency in a clear and concrete way.
Innovation comes with uncertainty. A new approach or a new method of solving a problem is always in doubt until the moment it becomes a proven strategy, therefore, it is clear that there is a need to create a framework for innovation which is separate from the strategy, yet is compatible with it.
