The innermetrix measures leaders in 3 areas:
1.) The Attribute Index provides us insights into the subject’s thinking and decision-making habits.
2.) The DISC Index measures the natural and learned behaviour styles.
3.) The Value Index shows motivation and drive, which is based on personal values.
After completing the online questionnaires, the leader receives a personal consultation of 1.5-2 hours, whereby they get to know what drives their personal performance, how it can be increased in such a way that they decrease their weaknesses, and how they can plan and make the right work- and life-based decisions in the future. The analysis is also provided in paper-based form (about 70 pages).
